Instructor: Emily Wernig
Emily has been teaching ceramics for the past 7 years. She received her BFA with a double concentration in ceramics and drawing form UNH in 2018. Emily completed a ceramic teaching residency in North Carolina at the Bascom Center for the Visual Arts in 2019. She came back to the NH seacoast and taught ceramics as a professor at UNH for four years. Two years ago she decided to open Clay Culture Studios! She enjoys handbuilding and wheel-throwing, with a focus on surface design.
The studio is up one flight of stairs, so unfortunately this is not a wheel-chair accessible class. We can direct you to other clay studios in the area that are wheel-chair accessible if you send us an email.
